This riverfront home is situated on 6 private acres in the tranquil Virginia countryside, offering a perfect setting for outdoor fun and relaxation. Enjoy the natural beauty and peaceful surroundings just minutes away from various nature spots. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty is charged for leaving trash outside the entrance. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. A $200 fine is imposed for leaving the kayaks on the pool; kindly return them to the designated place. Please do not throw trash or paper towels or toilet paper in the toilet to avoid clogging, use the trash can instead. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
