We are remodeling the unit so I do not have pictures yet! Will be ready in August. Property Owner pays the water, sewer and garbage. Tenant is required to put power and gas into their name at time they move in. Monthly Rent is due on the 1st but we give you until the 5th to pay. Any day after the 5th is considered late. We charge $10.00 every day late. No smoking and no pets allowed. We start off with a Month to Month Lease Agreement, if there are no problems after three Months and the tenant wants to lease the property for a longer term then we will consider leasing the property for a twelve Month term.
