    This Great Bridge home is located in the 23322 zip code, and our neighborhood is zoned for Hickory Middle and High Schools. Replaced roof and water heater in 2013. Will replace carpet before selling in 2020. Replaced numerous HVAC components in 2018. 4 bed, 2.5 bath, front porch (wrap around), deck in back, back screen room, gas fireplace, central vacuum, installed sprinklers with well and pump. For a pet, we have a full fence in the back. The house will not have a washer or dryer, just hook ups. UTILITIES - Power (Dominion): fluctuates from $100 to $190 per month; has upper (in the attic) and lower (in the garage) HVAC units Gas (Virginia Natural Gas): $25 in warm months, $125 in cold; house has a nice gas fire place; I read by it at night in the winter while plopped in my leather recliner; deck has a gas connection for grilling, power for a hot tub. New gas water heater 2013. Water & Sewer (HRUBS): $110 - $125 a month; new gas water heater is in the garage; house has a kitchen in sink disposal, jet tub in master bath room. Trash - no additional cost. Weekly pick up for trash, every other week for recycling. Storm water fee twice a year around $45 per payment. Verizon FIOS installed HOA - no HOA or community fees. Intercom (with cassette deck that you can hear throughout the house!), down draft oven new in 2013 and alarm system are other features. Dishwasher is less than 7 years old. No smokers ever in the house for the past 12 years. Attic has ample storage space. The driveway starts as single wide then becomes double wide with a left turn into the side entry 2 car garage which has 2 separate doors. One has an opener already in place. Larger SUVs/trucks are a challenge to steer into the garage. We always left our cars in the drive. Garage has plenty of room for bikes, scout gear, etc. The house has a shed in the back yard where I keep camping gear, lawn eqpt, etc.
