Monthly rent includes electricity, water and sewer, high-speed Wi-Fi, trash service, yard maintenance, furnishings, and housewares. Maximum occupancy: Two adults. One vehicle included. Additional vehicle: $50/month. Up to two medium-sized pets considered, subject to approval and breed and size restrictions. Pet fee: $50/month per pet. Non-refundable cleaning fee: $250. Refundable damage deposit: $300, subject to lease terms and conditions. Application fee: $40, credited toward the lease. Entire property is smoke-free. No smoking or vaping anywhere, inside or out. Landlord's rental application, income verification, and credit/background screening are required. A landlord reference is also requested, if available.
