Looking for a roommate to fill my upstairs house. The upstairs has three rooms in total, along with a nice backyard, kitchen, and living room. You would have one room and share the bathroom with one other person. The bathroom was just recently remodeled! There is a lot of street parking around and I've never had problems finding a spot Typical lease terms, I'd prefer to start with a 6 month or 1 year lease No smoking inside, prefer no pets but if you have a cool dog/cat its fine
