Tenant is responsible for trash collection, grass and snow clearing. Tenant is responsible for Gas and Electric bill approximately $90 a month. House and water is heated with natural gas. Landlord will pay Water / sewer bills and insurance. Fridge, washer and dryer are included but are responsibility of tenant to maintain in good working condition.
