I'm looking for someone to take over my part of the lease (either for a few months, or until September when the lease expires). Currently, two other of my friends live in the apartment. Both are upper-div college students, easy to get along with, and completing their degrees online + working. I cleared out my room mostly except for some instruments, but all things will be removed. Bed (not sheets) + Desk are included, but if you wanted to remove them, I can take care of that and completely empty out the room. The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and pretty quiet. The neighbors themselves are mostly families, and they're very nice. Close to the 10, and grocery are stores nearby. COVID precautions are taken seriously!
