I am the original and only person that has ever owned this home and lived in it with my family. I have always loved living in this home and have always kept up very well on it. After 24 years of living in it I know every inch of this home, over and under it. My wife and I comfortably have raised two beautiful girls in this home on this property. No nails were used and all columns and post under the floor was anckerd to the concrete with steel brackets and drop in anchor bolts. Also the hand rails where custom made to match the front entry gate.The back sun deck is very large and has been coated with Rust-Oleum 4X deck restore. This stuff is very tuff and will protect the wood for many years. Water is from the city and property has 1000 gallon septic tank. There is also 50 amp power supply and sewer hook up for RV in the back yard. Detached garage is 20'x40'x10'high. It has a I beam monorail with trolley with 1000 pound chain fall. It has an awesome Ingersoll Rand type 30 air compressor with 7.5 HP single phase Baldor electric motor, providing 175psi of air pressure at an incredible 24cfm. Can you say industrial! The shop is wired for 220 volt for running mig welder.
