    I am the original and only person that has ever owned this home and lived in it with my family. I have always loved living in this home and have always kept up very well on it. After 24 years of living in it I know every inch of this home, over and under it. My wife and I comfortably have raised two beautiful girls in this home on this property. This is a three bedroom, two and a half bathroom, with a mother in law suit built onto the back of the home. This Mascot home is built better than most sight built homes. It has all sheet rock walls, lots of large thermal pane windows, high vaulted ceilings. The roof has just been completely redone with great 30 year architectural shingles with added ridge cap across the top. The roof also has a thermostatically controlled ventilation fan with louvered vents at all points of the eves for maximum air flow to ventallate the attic space. The kitchen and breakfast nook has just been totally remodeled. It comes with R-30 roof and walls, and R-13 floor. It has a wonderful wood burning fire place that is also piped up for fire logs. The eat in breakfast nook and kitchen has just had a great remodel done on it, that turned out awesome. It has a center island chop block with cabinet that is on lockable rollers and can be rolled out of the way if needed. I have pictures with it in place and without to show how big the kitchen is. There is a sitting bar at both ends of the kitchen and is great for entertaining friends over for dinner. The master bedroom has been remodeled as well as the secondary bathroom that has just had a new skylight installed with the new roof. The heat pump has just been replaced with an energy efficient unit that has a protective lid on top that keeps out leaves and other debris.The front porch was built with all pressure treated lumber and only deck screws was used building it. No nails were used and all columns and post under the floor was anckerd to the concrete with steel brackets and drop in anchor bolts. Also the hand rails where custom made to match the front entry gate.The back sun deck is very large and has been coated with Rust-Oleum 4X deck restore. This stuff is very tuff and will protect the wood for many years. Water is from the city and property has 1000 gallon septic tank. There is also 50 amp power supply and sewer hook up for RV in the back yard. Detached garage is 20'x40'x10'high. It has a I beam monorail with trolley with 1000 pound chain fall. It has an awesome Ingersoll Rand type 30 air compressor with 7.5 HP single phase Baldor electric motor, providing 175psi of air pressure at an incredible 24cfm. Can you say industrial! The shop is wired for 220 volt for running mig welder.
