    The house has 3 bedrooms. We're looking to rent 1 bedroom of this house. A professional female is preferred. This beautiful Cathedral ceiling house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is 5 minutes close to I-75. It is 5 minutes to the Sarasota Memorial Emergency room. 45 mins from the beach, 10 mins to the mall. Different major markets are at your fingertips, including fast foods areas, restaurants, and shopping center. The Spring Mineral Water is about 10 minutes away, and other hobbies areas. The rent is renewable every six month. Therefore, tenant or owner can decide not to renew the least after the six months. Tenant will have to pay $40 for electricity. However, tenant will not have to pay for water and internet. The bedroom is furnished with TV included. No pets are allowed. Tenant is allowed to use the stove any day during the week except from Friday at sunset to Saturday at sunset. The same rules are applicable to the use of the washer and dryer. The laundry is to be done twice a month. For religious purposes, we don't cook or consume any foods related to pork, and because of that its preparation is prohibited in the premises. Friends are limited to 1-2 at the time during regular visits time. We recommend to not play music too loud to not disturb anyone peace of mind. For any additional information, we'll refer to the lease agreements
