Washer/dryer, range, dishwasher, microwave to stay. Also included is a 1 bedroom 1 bath guest house that is rented with a month to month lease. The rent is $550.00 per month, they pay their own utilities. They would like to stay or will move if need be. We will be posting more pictures soon.
