All utilities included in rent price, this includes; water,electric,sewer,garbage,recycling,cable and internet. Small/medium sized dogs ok, non smoking and several parking spaces. Enough parking space for small RV's/travel trailers (preauthorization required). Two month minimum as well as longer leases up to a year. Non-Refundable fees include; $450 cleaning, $350 pet and $50 tenant application for each adult. Tenant screening includes criminal, eviction history and proof of income. Reusable tenant screening reports not accepted.
