Close to the foothills and only 1-2 hours to the beautiful Colorado mountains and ski resorts. Minimum 30-day rental and willing to negotiate price for a shorter lease. Owner pays for HOA, WIFI, garbage. Water, electric and gas costs shared. Prefer to start with shorter term lease to ensure compatibility. Shared laundry initially until laundry added to the upstairs. Owner will provide light housekeeping (if you prefer) and all of the yard work.
