The 2nd bedroom is full of windows letting in natural light and includes a queen bed outfitted with a quality Casper mattress. This is a street level home with an additional dwelling below on a sloped lot. This unit is entirely private. There is a downstairs renter who has an entirely separate entrance and parking area. This home includes a large completely private back lanai in addition to a large private front porch. Street parking is available directly in front of the house.
