The master bedroom includes a California King bed outfitted with a quality Casper mattress and features a luxurious oversized en suite spa bathroom with double vanity, large open shower and soaking tub. The spacious main living area boasts a large kitchen, dining area and living room. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new appliances and all cookware/utensils necessary for preparing delicious meals. The living room flat screen HD-TV is connectable to streaming services through Apple TV. The large back lanai offers peekaboo ocean and gorgeous sunset views. The 2nd bedroom is full of windows letting in natural light and includes a queen bed outfitted with a quality Casper mattress. This is a street level home with an additional dwelling below on a sloped lot. This unit is entirely private. There is a downstairs renter who has an entirely separate entrance and parking area. This home includes a large completely private back lanai in addition to a large private front porch. Street parking is available directly in front of the house. Utilities are included Utilities including water, garbage, internet and wifi are fully included. *Electric is included up to $500. Tenant to pay any amount exceeding $500 As long-term Maui residents we have loved this home and it has been our home base for many wonderful island adventures. We look forward to sharing it with you while we embark on our own travels. While we are always accessible by phone or email we do also have an on island manager who is available should any on site support be needed. 6 month lease term Due to the furnished nature of the property and shared yard space we can not allow pets. Street parking is available directly in front of the house. Utilities including water, garbage, internet and wifi are fully included. *Electric is included up to $500. Tenant to pay any amount exceeding $500 Absolutely no smoking on property. There is a long term tenant in the downstairs ohana portion of this property. This quiet professional frequently works from home and is a wonderful tenant. We are looking for tenants who are also respectful and considerate and will not cause noise disturbances.
