We are only 1 block from I-294, & I-90 & The Kennedy Expy; We're on several Pace bus routes; We're only 8 blks. away from the blue line cta train, and a bus at the corner will take you there, or the several blocks in the other direction, to the Metra. And ... we're just a 10 min. drive to O'Hare Airport! This apt. is in the upper level of my older home. I live on the 1st fl. with my wife. Parking is on our quiet street, just on the other side of our next-door-neighbor. I prefer a non smoker, but may consider a smoker who only smokes outside. I'm a water expert and have purified, filtered water thru the whole house: for drinking, cooking, and showering! So, you won't have to buy anymore bottled water to drink either!
