Fees will include housekeeping every 30 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
