Any damage done to the house or roof leaks etc must get reported immediately to address the issue. There will be a 24 hour notice to do a home inspection to make sure the is is being maintained not neglected. Renter will maintain the outside yard either by an outside landscape company or by themselves.ex. cutting and trimming the grass and picking up falling palm branches and coconuts. No rv or boats allowed on property. You cannot put your drivers license at this property address under no circumstances...I have had fraud done before that is the reason!! No food will be put down into the sink!renter will be responsible for repairs if food or grease is the reason for the issue. Renter may not sublease or air bnb this house out to anyone period!
