Fabulous family home, light, bright, cared for. Great closet space throughout. This house has NEVER flooded, and has had no major catastrophies :-) It is solid, safe, and a wonderful home. We are going to miss it. Neighborhood Description This is a fabulous neighborhood that is a must see. Walk for hours through trails in the abutting Mary Cummings Park woods. See nature galore and beautiful wild animals including deer, wild turkey, fox, and more! The families in this neighborhood care about their homes and land and children. People drive slowly around the cul-de-sac, and watch out for their neighbors without being nosey.
