This is a terrific property. The home is like an artist's retreat or a writer's retreat. Lots and lots of character. There is custom stonework in the kitchen and behind the wood stove. Very cozy and comforting home. Nice 2.5 acres with 6 RV sites that can be put to use personally with friends or family . . . or as a business. The shop is 40' x 30' and is fully insulated with a cement floor and heat from a wood stove. A fantastic value!
