I need a new owner!!! Mine are moving. I'm a 3 bedroom 1 1/4 bath, brick & vinyl ranch with a basement. All newer Anderson windows except the bow window in the living room. It's a Crestline, (we don't hold that against him). I have a fenced in back yard. I just got a new hot water tank. There is room for a pool (I used to have one). I have a large 2.5 car garage. New A/C unit. I have a partial finished basement. I sit on a cul-de-sac, so there is not alot of traffic. I'm close to shopping, hospital and churches, too. If you work in Illinois or Chicago, I'm close to Rt 30, Rt 394 and an Amtrak Station. There is so much I have to offer a family. Won't you come see?
