Hello! One of our roommates is moving out of a GREAT apartment right in the heart of Central Square. Three of us are staying and we have one bedroom to fill for a one year lease starting September 1st. We will be showing the place on Wednesday June 11th from 5:30-7:30 pm. This is a beautiful 4BR apartment with 2 (well, 1.5) bathrooms. Our wonderful apartment features in-unit WASHER/DRYER, hardwood floors throughout, a DISHWASHER, and ROOF ACCESS with gorgeous views of the Cambridge skyline. We also have wireless internet and cable television, including HBO. There is also locked storage in the basement along with a new bike rack. The room up for grabs is 10' x 14' and gets great afternoon sun. Rent for this unfurnished room is $835 per month. We are three omnivorous professionals, two males and a female in their 20s and 30s. We're generally busy, but we like to sometimes share a drink, board game, movie, or meal when we can. We are seeking that rare housemate who is friendly, easy-going, generally has their [removed] together, but also has his/her own life. We have cultivated a special, flexible, laid back and mature apartment culture and we would love roommates who can contribute to that. Sorry, but no pets.Situated right between Harvard and MIT, our apartment is located amidst Central Square's famous nightlife, including the Middle East, Phoenix Landing, TT the Bears, Middlesex Lounge, and so much more! There is a Whole Foods, Harvest, H Mart, and Shaws within a couple of blocks radius, and there are dozens of tasty restaurants and bars within the immediate vicinity. We are a mere 3 blocks from the Central Square T stop, close to the I90 Mass Pike, and even closer to the #1 bus. There is plenty of both street and metered parking. It is an amazing location, for both drivers and pedestrians. Gas & electric varies, depending on heat and A/C use, normally between $35-$65 each. We pay $23 each for cable and internet. First month rent plus refundable security deposit is required up front ($1670 total, with $835 returned following a damage-free move out). This is non-negotiable (although we are flattered you assume we have the power to do so).
