Location and Transportation Located in East Somerville, this place is a 2-minute walk to Stop and Shop and a 15-minute walk to Assembly Row, which has Trader Joe's, TJ Maxx, Home Depot, among many other restaurants and stores. Public transportation is a 15-minute walk to Sullivan Square on the Orange line and the bus hub. The 89/90/101 buses pass by frequently on Broadway. Unit Details This is a second floor apartment in a triple decker. We used to live in this unit and are friendly with our respectful and kind neighbors. Condo entrance is shared with one other unit above. There's a Nest thermostat. Windows are double paneled and have good sound proofing. Here is a list of rooms: - Living Room: 3 large windows, sizable to fit a sectional couch and TV. - Master Bedroom: bay windows and 2 closets, can fit up to a king bed. - Second Bedroom: 2 windows and 2 closets, can fit up to a king bed. - Third Bedroom: 2 windows and 1 closet, can fit up to a queen bed. - Office/Den: 2 windows and no door. This was used as an office space with 2 desks on opposite ends. - Full Bath: has a bath tub, toilet, and sink. - Half Bath: has the in unit washer and dryer, as well as toilet and sink. - Kitchen: all modern appliances.
