Full dining room and double living room all connected with open layout. 2 full bathrooms. Gas stove in front living room is very cozy in the winter. Shared back patio has outdoor table and chairs and is fenced in. Lovely neighbors with walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, theater, the eastern prom park and waterfront and old port. Owner pays water, other utilities paid by tenant. Portland city trash bags are tenant responsibility. Pets considered case by case--we just want more information. Condo association has a no smoking policy. First month and security deposit required. Term of lease listed at a year but negotiable before moving in.
