The apartment features: - Corner unit with south and west facing windows for excellent natural light throughout the day and seasons - Amazing location, literally a 1 minute walk from the capitol square, restaurants, banks, convenience stores, pharmacies, gyms - Large balcony - Wide plank wood flooring in main living area - Open concept kitchen and living area - In unit washer and dryer - Stainless steel appliances (microwave, refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher). - Great sound-proofing, with almost no neighbor noise (only one shared wall) - One available heated underground parking spot, with elevator access - Broadband internet included in rent. Speed has worked fine for an IT professional video conferencing from home all day. My wife and I have lived in this building for several years and have loved every minute of it. We think it is the best deal downtown. We are currently part-way through our year long lease which expires June 30th, 2018. We have to move to give our 8 month old daughter more outside room to play and make my wife's commute easier outside of town. We've done just fine so far with two adults, a small child and one person working full-time from home; which speaks to the flexibility of the space. This listing is for a sublease, beginning on or after December 1st, 2018 and extending through the length of the original lease. There is an option to renew the lease directly with CMI Management after. All applicants must submit an application to CMI (via me) to be approved to assume the lease. A credit check and background check will be required. A deposit equivalent to one month rent must be provided. The underground parking spot is available with the unit, and costs $150 monthly. The total $1800 annual fee has already been paid, and the spot is available with the lease for a pro-rated bulk fee (December 1st - 7months remaining - $1,050.00) made payable directly to me. Underground heated parking available for additional $150/mo as a one-time payment pro-rated through the end of the original lease.
