And there are ZERO worries about trees during big storms. - Updated outbuilding and poured new concrete slab and ramp. - Poured slab and built surround for trash and recycling bins to match gate. - Original charming cabinets have only been painted and all hardware replaced. - Tons of beautiful perennials all around the yard. - New raised-bed for small herb garden. - Open to negotiating - Just finished building ultra modern, super easy to maintain chicken coop. New flock of chickens that should start laying eggs in late October. Literally show up, feed, water, open and close door, collect eggs. Instant micro-enterprise for a kid.
