Cable Tv and internet are available, the electric and cable are the tenants responsibility and are not included in the rental price. There is off street parking and room for two cars. There is no laundry facility, but there are two local laundry's. Both have wash, dry ,and fold services and one has pick up and drop off service as well. all yard services, lawn and snow removal are provided at no additional cost. The landlord reserve.s the right to not to allow certain pets. all pets must be vetted. we can arrange a pet introduction before acceptance. if you wish to have a pet we may require and additional damage deposit plus the standard one months security deposit. both downstairs landlords work from home. Quiet tenants are a must. Rules apply to the snow removal from your cars and the entrances this will be explained later. there is no smoking in the apartment, but it is not forbidden on the premises. there is one main/ normal entrance to the apartment and one entrance used for emergency and moving only. there are no guest parking spaces included.
