Newly finished ADU ready for hosting. Lease lengths and price negotiable. Minimum stay 30 days. Maximum stay negotiable as well. We are building three more houses on the property and there will be construction work behind the Piso here through the winter. Our crew is onsite M-F 700-330ish. They are wonderful and very respectful and know that we have tenants in the Casita and the Piso. Honestly, it's not been a problem, there's noise sometimes, but other than having to look at the diggers and our dirt pile, its really not so bad. Please see the aerial photo below. No smoking inside Cats and Dogs considered on a case by case basis with a very hefty refundable deposit (we once had a pooch do about $3k worth of damages so protect ourselves now...)
