The first floor features a game room with ping pong and a lounge TV area, along with a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are provided. The living room offers a Queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and chairs, with a large flat-screen Roku-enabled Smart TV.
