Kendall Hill is considered to be one of the more upscale neighborhoods with a Wood River address. It is more established homes and families. The age mix would probably lean to an average age of 40s to 50s. It is in Wood River township not city. The homes are nicer than the average Wood River home. Yards are well maintained. Streets are serviced by the city so snow removal and storm cleanup are above average. It's a quiet tranquil neighborly place to live. We appreciate the location in that it is west of Wood River and therefore closer to Edwardsville and moments away from 255 which affords about a 20 minute drive to St. Louis or Fairview Heights.
