Perfect for 1 or 2 persons, no more. Flooring is brand new. It looks like wood, but it's ceramic tile, perfect for just simply sweeping after you've tracked sand in from the beach. The back porch is also tiled, but no HVAC in it. Bedrooms and eat-in kitchen have caged ceiling fans that are terrific. Nothing fancy, as it doesn't even have a dishwasher or icemaker (we were the dishwashers and icemakers as kids,) but the zip code 32176 says it all. Lawn care comes w/rent; RENTER'S INSURANCE policy is mandatory; No more than (2) 2-axel vehicles, no trailers, RVs or boats; Before asking for a viewing, make sure you have filled out the Zillow basics on your profile and that they fall in line w/the criteria, otherwise you will not receive a response; Looking to have property rented by 7/15/25.
