FEES: The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters' insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant's expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted. There is a hall bath that services the guest bedrooms and access to the rear screened porch at the end of the hall. With 3 covered porches, plenty of outside space to lounge, and a small sandy beach that emerges at low tide at the end of the street everyone in the family will have a great time playing in the calm waters of the Intracoastal. Boat trailers are allowed in the driveway. Prohibited: Smoking, RV's, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
