Home was completely renovated in 2007. An addition was added which includes a new 2 car garage and 3 feet added to the front kitchen wall. At that time all new windows, sliding glass door and front doors were installed as well as a new 30 yr warranty roof. The whole air system was relocated from laundry room to attic for more room. New carpet in master and second bedrooms including new thick padding and tack strip. New paver driveway and walkway to front door with stone border. New vinyl fence, Rubbermaid shed, ect.... Too much to list. MUST SEE.Because of the work done with renovation the house is very energy efficient and utility bills greatly reduced.The only rooms not renovated were the two full bathrooms because they were updated by the previous owner and are in good condition. 11/07/14
