Welcome! We have a great 3 bed, 3.5 bath fully furnished house ready to provide a cozy place to stay. No shared walls :) If you are not looking for a furnished rental, let me know and we can talk about it. All 3 bedrooms are on the second floor. On the main floor you will find the kitchen, living room, 1/2 bath and office. Downstairs we have a finished basement with a big open space and 65" TV in the basement. Rent is negotiable, mainly dependent on how long the stay is. Great neighborhood (and neighbors!) with so many places to walk to! Walking distance to a beautiful pond surrounded by restaurants like Field Day Brewing, Tin Roost, Bluebird Diner and Sushiya. Great walking and biking trails connected to all around town. Also walking distance to a playground. The backyard is fenced in and we have a 2 car garage available for use. Utilities are included in rent, as well as lawn care and snow removal. No smoking or parties. We can talk about pets- I'm a huge animal lover and wouldn't live without my pets, but I also know how destructive and messy they can be- so I will be evaluating on a case by case basis.
