Taxes $434.50 twice a yr. $$350.93 due in November. 2 bed, 1 bath, office/den Fenced back yard, but does need updated/repaired Deck on the back of the house. Also a shed. Gutted the bathroom 2 yrs ago. All done except trim. Replaced the sewer pipes from the front of the house to the road approx 6 yrs ago. I bought the house 7 yrs ago from the bank. The roof, HVAC, and water heater are approximately 12 yrs old.
