The apartment is one block from Barnaby's pizza, home of good pizza and the best meatball sandwich in South Bend. There are several more restaurants and shops within six blocks, including Macri's Deli and The Lauber. Downtown is an easy ten minute walk, though it may take longer coming home if you went downtown to hit the bars. Rent includes water, trash, gas hot water, partial heat, all exterior yard work and most of the snow removal. Tennant pays electric and data/cable, and cleans their own steps in the winter.
