This is a camp located in Tidioute proper. It is a trailer and camper. I am told when the town ran new water lines they forgot to hook this unit up. So city water should be available, along with sewer and national fuel gas. Great location for a river lot. There is plenty of room to add a driveway from Firehall Lane into the property. The current owners has just been using the old railroad access. A very nice new camp was just build next door.
