I love my home. The neighbors are great and no crime here. We are a middle class neighborhood and working class people. The best thing is I have a big yard and if the neighbors party... I never hear it. Can't reach out my window and shake the neighbors hand. New homes are to close together and all seem to have HOA fees . I don't feel the need as a adult that has bought my house to have to pay someone to spank my hand and tell me no flag on your house, it's Wed and rained hard last night and some snit is out with a ruler measuring your grass. If it's over 2 " you get fined. No cars showing on the street. Etc..... No. I'm good here. I love my home.
