Rental Qualifications a) No evictions b) no foreclosures c) no money owed to a landlord, property management company, etc. d) no unpaid rent e) proper 30+ day notice given to your current landlord f) no criminal record g) no jail time h) no prison sentence(s) i) enough money to pay monthly rent plus deposit (that would be $1050 minimum, $525 rent + $525 deposit). deposit depends on rental history. j) PROVABLE income in Barstow or the surrounding cities (within 90 miles circle). k) minimum income of 2 times the monthly rent (requires two month deposit), preferably 2.5 times the monthly rent (one month deposit, if everything else is correct) l) state of California does not allow us to charge more than 2 months of deposit so if you have multiple problems we cannot rent to you. m) under 25 years of age require two months deposit. n) You have to have a VALID non-expired picture ID issued by the government. Background check fee is $35 per adult applicant. Anyone 18 and older is considered adult applicant. We run the following background check: + Credit + Criminal + Eviction We call your place of work and your two previous landlords so please include their contact information on the rental application. Your rent is due on first and late on fifth. Please note that we start the eviction process on the 6th of the month. Our eviction company is very efficient and professional. We hire professional servers and lawyers to represent us in court. Non-payment of rent is the easiest way to get your credit ruined and kick you out on the street. So if you intend to skip on the rent, don't apply with us. Up to two pets are allowed with $150 per pet deposit and additional $25.00 per pet monthly rent. Your pets should have been vaccinated, quiet and from a non-aggressive breed. All pets have to be approved by the management or the owner.
