Our in-law unit will be available for rent Nov-1. The unit is a detached ~600sqft cottage, has a full kitchen, family room, bedroom, and bathroom. It has its own washer and dryer as well. Rent excludes shared utilities (PG&E, water, cable, wireless internet) and twice per month cleaning service ($100/month). The shared backyard has a pool, hot tub, and built in BBQ island. We are looking for a quiet and respectful tenant. One tenant preferred over multiple (due to parking). Please message me if you or someone you know may be interested. All inclusive rent (utilities + cleanings) - $2100 for single occupancy ($1999 rent + $100 utilities/cleaning), $2600 for double.
