The outdoor space includes a gas grill, dining set, and fire pit for our guests to use! Our location is IDEAL as we are close to Hwy 44 and both Fish Tales Marina and Sun Life Marina. We are on a quiet cul de sac street and quiet cove surrounded by single-family homes and are only .5 mile to Hwy 44 where all of the shops and restaurants are located. At the dock, the water is perfect for fishing or docking your boat! The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and a microwave to use if you choose to cook during your stay. The kitchen and living room feature stunning views of the lake and yard. The interior of the home has been freshly painted, with new decor, new linens, new furniture, and new sheets and towels. All of the flooring in all 3 levels was renovated in November 2021! The driveway can accommodate at least 4 cars and your boat trailer or RV. We will consider your 4 legged family members on a case-by-case basis and a $350 pet fee. Please tell us about your pup. We will consider up to 2 dogs and kindly ask that no dogs are allowed in or on any of the beds or furniture. Sleeping Accommodations: Primary Bedroom on main level with ensuite bathroom - King Bed Bedroom #2 - King Bed Bedroom #3 2 full daybeds with a twin trundle underneath each Basement - Pull out queen size sofa We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility, and a ton of amenities not found in most rentals. If you have a specific request, we will do what we can to accommodate you. Lake Oconee is amazing every time of the year! From the hiking and biking trails, water sports, fishing, public golfing at Harbor Club, jumping off the jumping rock, award-winning restaurants, Lake Oconee Brewery, there is something for everyone! Loch Nest is located about 15 minutes by car from the "Ritz Gate" and very convenient to The Ritz Carlton Lodge and its award-winning Ritz Carlton Spa (which was named one of the Top 5 spas in the US by Conde Naste Traveler Magazine). Nearby eateries include Lake Oconee Bistro, Cafe 44, Filet Steak and Seafood, and Mellow Mushroom Pizza. PESTS: This is Georgia, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand that some do find their way in occasionally. Although it's not common, you may see snakes, ants, spiders or other wildlife around the property. Owner is a licensed Realtor in Georgia Owner pays for all utilities, including high speed internet, gas, electric, water, trash removal, yard maintenance. Owner would prefer lease to run from December 15, 2025 - March 31, 2026, but will discuss different options as needed. House comes fully furnished. Tenant will agree to have Owners professional cleaning service in monthly at an extra $150 per clean, charged to the tenant. We will consider your dogs on a case by case basis, please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry friends, as there is an additional pet fee of $350.
