The apartment is 712 sf with floor to ceiling windows, has an upgraded open kitchen with a LG combination washer/dryer; four closets (3 large & one linen closet with shelves and a tall space for an ironing board and more). The open kitchen is tiled with granite countertops and plenty of outlets. The apartment has parquet hardwood floors; the bathroom has porcelain tile and two mirrors inside and one mirror in the hallway to the bedroom. The rent includes ALL UTILITIES and BASIC CABLE. The Towers is the only place I know of that includes this - its value is around $200 a month. High-speed Comcast internet/WIFI is available for an additional $27/month.
