There is a front patio with an outdoor shower and a back patio with plenty of space to put some raised beds if you like gardening. The unit is located in a quiet mobile home park. Private parking space. There is laundry on the patio (washer and dryer). Pet(s) friendly. There is a little cat enclosure by the front door. No smoking, inside or out.
