We purchased this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath property, our second unit at Mountainside Resort, for three reasons: we love the location which is near to everything; we were captivated by the year- round spectacular views from the upper floor oversized deck; and we recognized it's tremendous earning potential as an investment property. We updated this property for maximum comfort. Most of the other units for sale in Mountainside have one window box AC unit and the primary heat source is supplied by a gas woodstove. We added a new two zone mini- split heat and air conditioning system. We also addressed some issues with our water system by adding a new hot water heater with injection pump to create more water pressure and hot water. In addition, all new windows were also added in 2022. Other upgrades include: all new kitchen appliances, Quartz countertops with custom backsplash tile and under cabinet lighting, hall and master bathrooms were gutted and renovated, all new tile for flooring and walls, increased the size of the hall bathroom shower, added a frame-less glass door in in hall bath, added all new lighting fixtures throughout the unit, new sinks and bathroom cabinets, new custom closets in both bedrooms, slate tile in the entrance/laundry area and Kitchen. Despite having used this property often for our own vacations, with the help of our local professional management company, we grossed over $60,000.00 in 2023 rentals. This property is being sold turnkey and furnished, with a few personal property exceptions such as some art pieces and the outside deck furniture is different.
