Tenant agrees to put out the garbage consistently as needed to avoid insects and mice/rats from infesting the premises. Trash/recycling collection is on Thursday mornings. Trash/recycling receptacles need to be at the curb no later than Wednesday evenings. 2. Tenant agrees to not let their pet loose in the backyard without human supervision and to always pick up "doggie deposits" after it. 3. Tenant agrees to always park on the left side of the driveway to ensure sufficient space for the other tenant to park on the right-most side of the driveway. The automated gate needs to remain closed after entering or exiting the property. 4. Tenant agrees to a $50 replacement fee if the 1 gate clicker provided is lost or damaged
