Looking for a roommate ASAP to join me and my roommate on a new 12 month lease! The room is unfurnished and the bathroom would be shared with me. I also have videos of the unit I can send. I will be home throughout the week and I'm happy to give tours! Parking is also available if needed for $100. I've lived here for three years, this will be his second. About us: I'm in Marketing and I am also a content creator and a Twitch streamer. I am in my room mostly, but I love to cook and bake (I share!) so you'll see me in the kitchen. I also enjoy having friends over for occasional movie nights. My roommate is a lawyer. He's super chill and I honestly rarely see him. He's never in the common area. But when we do bump into each other its cool vibes. We really want to keep that energy with the new tenant too. An application would have to be submitted to the building for approval and we are looking to sign a lease ASAP or we have to move, which would break my heart.
