You will have full access to the swimming pool, club room, and all other amenities. $2200 per month, May through November. There is a mandatory one month minimum, per our HOA policy. However - a one month stay is fine, the lease does not need to be longer than that (e.g., multiple months) if you are seeking short term accommodations. For each rental, there is also (in addition) a $100 Application Fee (to Volhr, management company) and there is a $150 cleaning fee that will be charged to the renter. The 2-page application, along with a Photo ID copy, must be submitted to management company Volhr prior to arrival.
