Rent is $1230/month (or $615/month if you decide to share the space with someone), which is pretty affordable for a high-rise in Ann Arbor. Water and heating are covered, you just pay for electricity. If needed, I can leave behind a queen-size bed, the couch, and dining table w/chairs for a fee (all are in VERY good condition, used for less than a year).
