Good credit history with a credit score above 650 free of negative credit issues which may indicate an applicant is high-risk and/or indicates a pattern of payment delinquency , Applicants with charge-offs, unpaid debts, or a history of delinquent payments may be denied tenancy. All applicants must have a favorable credit rating for the past two years. Applicants will not be accepted for the following derogatory credit records: Eviction action and/or moneys owed to an apartment or landlord in the last 7 years.
