I am a student at WSU, but due to Covid and online learning need to relocate to Spokane and help parents. The lease is signed until July 15th, and I am willing to pay for all utilities during the current lease. Thus, you'll only have to pay a flat payment every month of 818 for rent. Additionally, I am willing to give a cash payment of 45$ upon you signing the sub-lease. The apartment is currently furnished (see pics) but will be completely cleaned and all furniture removed.
