Beautiful Furnished Studio Apartment - On 1th floor - One bed, one Bathroom, fenced backyard, washer and dryer, kitchen with all essentials, Granite Countertops, Microwave, Hot-Plate (light cooking), and a Refrigerator. Water, power, WIFI, Netflix included. Located next to our main house in a private and quite area near Tradition parks and hospital, about 4 minutes drive to main Hwy's I-95 (Exit 118) and Turnpike. This is a smoke-free environment indoor as well outdoor. Parties and events are not allowed. All disruptive gatherings or events (regardless of size) are prohibited. We do pre-qualifications on the phone before showing property, and do a thorough background check to potential candidates. Long term stays will be done on a month to month basis and short stays are directed to our Airbnb accounts. I prefer to receive text messages for first contact.
