We are in the C4a plan, on the top floor with a balcony facing outside the complex. The parking is included in the rent, and there is a security gate and security system in the complex. There is also a full sized gym and swimming pool, along with a full business center and various lounges and entertainment rooms throughout the complex. It is also less than a mile from the Rippon Landing stop for the VRE, and across the street from the brand new Potomac Town Center.
